The challenge
RMT developed a web-based compliance task management system as a custom application for a client. RMT decided to prepare N-Compass to offer it to other clients as part of its suite of compliance service offerings, and needed the guidance of experienced .NET programmers and architects to enhance performance, reliability and security. With the call for augmenting its bench strength with robust cutting-edge capability, RMT needed a certified Microsoft Partner to provide consulting, enhancement and maintenance services to the upgraded N-Compass system and other auxiliary applications.
Our solution
ProAce helped by first examining RMT business rules and application source code, then identified ways to enhance the application’s speed and efficiency using the .NET technologies. Implemented SQL maintenance scripts to increase the database speed and provided general IT consulting and maintenance services. ProAce now acts as an outsourcing partner in charge of managing N-Compass and other related client applications. With the ProAce team’s diverse skills, RMT’s bench strength to serve its clients with software offerings is greater than before.
