Our solution
ProAce helped by placing a MS Access application which allowed for easy maintenance of tenant data. Recognizing the paper-based nature of some of their processes, the ProAce team developed electronic reporting tools which allowed for a much more streamlined way of tracking lease and insurance expiration information.
