The challenge

Direct Impact needed aid in implementing a multi-national website capable of serving a contest in multiple languages to multiple countries. Logitech required extensive logging information about user behavior in every facet of interaction with the contest website. Time was running low for the project, and Direct Impact required expeditious solutions for their product.

Our solution

ProAce helped by exceeding the requirements ahead of time. ProAce provided multi-tiered model to aid in globalization scalability and ease in deployment. Implemented custom controls to speed up injection of custom tracking logic. Created multi-level error logging system to deliver email and phone calls in case of critical site error. ProAce conformed to existing intricate database schema in designing and executing the website.
