ProAce believes in releasing “early and often” to help identify changes that need to be made before they become problematic. We work closely with you to create weekly iterations and provide an open line of communication at all times to help ensure the highest level of quality. We also like to keep our process transparent so you can always know the status of your project.

Accountability
Our team holds daily stand-up meetings that hold each team member accountable to their assigned tasks. No man is an island. Each consultant at ProAce is expected to support their team members and step in to help when needed.
Weekly Meetings
We will meet at least once a week with you to show our progress and demo features. We can meet via web conference, phone or in person at our office in downtown Austin. You’ll get detailed notes after each meeting to ensure no information or ideas are lost.
