At ProAce, we employ an Alpha, Beta, Complete Release Cycle to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Alpha
The first full release of your project gives you a chance to give feedback and make any last minute changes to the application. We’ll test the application internally and will expect you to take your time to fully evaluate each feature.
Beta
After we apply any changes from the Alpha release, your project will go into Beta mode. During this time, you can make sure you are comfortable with the application going live and ensure that your requests from Alpha were applied as intended. We expect you to take your time getting comfortable and will continue to test with you.
Completion
Once everyone is comfortable with the status of the project, we will release the application to the public. However, we don’t ever just abandon you. We will move the project to Production to provide continual support. We’ll be here to provide bug fixes, enhancements, and help you plan for future iterations.
