Dallas, TX -- The Distribution Contractors Association, headquartered just outside of Dallas, is a member-centered association formed in 1961. Their members look to the association as an advocate for safety, a venue for networking and a voice in labor relations.

Business Challenge- Lack of reporting tools on member data, paper based record keeping, and manual generation and submission of standard documents.

How PROACE Helped- PROACE first normalized the existing MS Access to improve performance and maintainability. We then created reports and queries accessible via a user-friendly interface for the staff of DCA to allow for easier upkeep of data and automatic generation and submission of standard documents. We further automated the member registration process by creating a web interface within the .NET framework for the members of DCA, eliminating the need for the costly call center.
