Pedram co-founded ProAce and has been leading the strategic direction and development of the team since ProAce’s inception in 2004. Pedram’s primary strength is in his ability to bridge business requirements and technology. He has had extensive experience in the entire development life cycle – from business planning to post launch management and marketing.

Pedram is a result oriented pragmatic who enjoys the creative process of risk assessment, resource/capital allocation and problem solving. He doesn’t see much merit in technology for the sake of technology; instead he is interested in how technology can be applied to achieve its intended business objective. In addition to executive consulting for established clients, Pedram sits on the board of three start-ups here in Austin.

Pedram has worked and successfully led tracks in technology and software development projects in retail, public sector, business services, financial services, education, health care and telecom. He has been able to successfully apply his industry and technical expertise in helping a wide range of clients – from start-ups to fortune 100 companies. Pedram is a graduate of the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. His studies were focused around Computer Science and Management Information Systems.

Pedram’s interest in technology and software development is rooted in his passion for information proliferation. Pedram has a deep sense of appreciation for how technology is promoting seamless accessibility to information, unrestricted collaboration, and free markets throughout the world. With each engagement, he hopes to apply technology to empower businesses, expand markets, enhance collaboration and extract analytics that help clients run their enterprise more efficiently. An outdoor enthusiast, Pedram is often found running around Town Lake, cruising on Lake Austin, or relaxing at Barton Springs.

Richard Panter

Richard Panter leads Resource Strategy and Business Development at ProAce bringing over 8 years of experience in Sales, Account Management and Recruiting. He is highly skilled in the full sales and recruiting life cycle, developing and executing sourcing strategies and identifying top professionals in all different skill sets. He is resourceful and personable with a talent for finding creative ways to network and build strong relationships.

Prior to joining ProAce, Richard led the business development and recruiting for the gaming and entertainment industry for one of the top IT Staffing and Services provider, TEKsystems. He started with TEKsystems as a recruiter for a variety of industries including IT, Entertainment, Financial, Government and Healthcare and quickly moved into Account Management overseeing accounts like Electronic Arts, Ebay/Paypal and Apple. He drove revenue in all lines of the strategic staffing business including applications software development, IT infrastructure and telecommunications. From 2007 to 2009, Richard worked in the Entertainment industry providing Marketing Consulting for Gibson Guitar and Business Development at Entercom Radio.

Richard holds a B.A. in Organizational Communication from Texas State University. Richard has a passion for music and radio has been involved in the local music scene in Austin for the past 10 years. He is currently a part of a local Austin band called StrangeLove who can be found playing local venues around Austin.

Monica has more than ten years of office management and executive support experience. She has managed the administrative support for teams as small as two people and as large as fifty. Having provided support to business owners and executives in a variety of industries, she brings a wealth of experience and organization to any office.

Monica’s penchant for customer service and determination to achieve the highest levels of professionalism make every ProAce associate and customer feel like part of the team.

Monica is a dedicated administrative professional. Her goal is to make sure that all aspects of the office run smoothly and efficiently. While she has many skills, her areas of expertise lie in establishing processes/policies for smooth work flows, accounting, vendor management, HR and benefit coordination, all while using a results oriented approach to managing the day to day activities of a busy office. Her foremost interest, in the office, is in accounting and keeping the financials up to date. On the weekends, you will find Monica reading her favorite book, on her boat on the lake, or riding her motorcycle.
